By interacting with The Dynamic Squad, including browsing our website or signing an agreement for our corporate training and team-building services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

The Dynamic Squad provides experiential learning, team-building, leadership workshops, CSR engagements, and related event facilitation. The specifics of each engagement, including location, duration, participant count, and deliverables, will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties prior to the event.

3. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon the receipt of a signed agreement and the stipulated advance payment as outlined in your proposal.
• Payment Terms: Invoices must be paid within the timeline specified in your contract. Late payments may incur additional fees.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made by the client within a specific timeframe prior to the event may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover incurred logistical and preparation costs. Detailed cancellation policies will be provided in your specific service agreement.
• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling, subject to our team's availability and potential additional costs.

4. Participant Conduct and Safety

The safety of all participants is our highest priority. By participating in our programs, you agree to the following:

• Participants must follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by The Dynamic Squad facilitators.
• Participants should engage in physical activities only to the extent they feel comfortable and physically capable. It is the responsibility of the participant or the client organization to inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to the event.
• The Dynamic Squad reserves the right to remove any participant from an activity if their conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, training modules, presentations, frameworks, and activities provided by The Dynamic Squad remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Dynamic Squad. Clients and participants may not record, distribute, reproduce, or use these materials for commercial purposes outside the scope of the engaged program without our explicit written consent.

6. Media and Documentation

We may document events through photography or videography for training, quality assurance, or promotional purposes. By participating, you grant The Dynamic Squad the right to use such media unless a prior non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement prohibiting this has been established between our organizations.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment, participation in team-building activities carries inherent risks. The Dynamic Squad, its facilitators, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses incurred during our events, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
